Safety and Security
We value our delegates therefore extra security personnel will be present. For your own security keep your ID-tags on you as the Symposium venues will be strictly controlled.
Lost and found
Lost items will be handed in at / and reported to the Speaker Holding Room (map to follow). Although every effort will be made to retrieve lost personal belongings, the responsibility for securing personal belongings remains that of each person attending the Symposium.

Access to all SASUF Symposium venues are disability friendly.
Meal Arrangements
All meals will be served at the North Campus Conference Centre (map to follow).
Parking
Parking will be available around the North Campus Conference Centre and in the Student parking area (map to follow).
Signage
Please follow signage as you enter the Nelson Mandela University grounds to the Auditorium (Opening and Welcome).
Other Services
Smoking Policy
All Symposium venues has a strictly no-smoking policy. Designated smoking areas will be available (map to follow).
Liability and Insurance
The Symposium organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries, loss or damage to property belonging to Symposium participants, either during or as a result of the Symposium. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
